HYDRAULIC LIFTS (MRL)

Passenger Lift Doors

The Superidrofit hydraulic lift is our cost effective solution to your vertical needs, be it in a new or existing building. Manufactured in Italy by IGV this is a lift designed to the highest standard with a multitude of options such as full collective control, a variety of pleasing interior designs and finishes.

This model has a self contained power unit located within the lift shaft with all the electrical equipment situated inside a landing door frame.

As the power unit and controller are located very close to each other, installation, maintenance and rescue procedures are more straightforward.

We offer a wide range of specifications for the Superidrofit. From 8 person to 16 person and with rated loads from 630kg to 1000kg. Idrofit models are able to accomodate an increased load, up to 2000kg. These models have a machine cabinet that is located outwith the shaft up to 20 metres from the lift. The cabinet dimensions occupy 950mm (w) x 550mm (d).

Rated speed for the Superidrofit lift is 0.63m/s and it will serve up to 7 floors of a building with choice of single car entry, through car or adjacent doors. Our lifts are fully compliant with EN81-70 and are independently tested and certified by a Notified Body after installation.

ELECTRIC TRACTION LIFT (MRL)

The Overfit electric traction lift  is installed with the machinery located in the headroom, inside the shaft. This allows reduced dimensions and therefore an appealing advantage to Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Property Developers where space is an issue.

Our rated load range varies from 630kg to 1000kg (8 persons to 13 persons).  The actual lift load is  distributed on the car guide rails and counterweight  meaning there is no need for bearing beams to be fixed to shaft walls or for any other special masonery works.

Due to the gearless motor and advanced inverter there is a greater ride comfort and reduction in noise both in the car and in the building. This system benefits in reduced  energy consumption resulting in reduction of running costs.

The control panel can be located in the landing door frame on the highest landing or it could be located inside the shaft, next to the machinery. Rated speed of this model of lift is 1m/s.

This lift model complies with EN81-1 : 2005 harmonised standard and thus with 95/16/EC Lift directive. It is also compliant with EMC ( Electro Magnetic Compatibility) Directive 89/336/EC and 98/37/EC Machinery Directive.

KEY FEATURE TO END USER

OPEN PROTOCOL

It is becoming increasingly common for some lift manufactuturers to design their products so only their own technicians can service them. Specialized diagnostic test equipment restricts the choice of lift contractor and we take the view that this is a restrictive practice. Our new lifts are designed for easy maintenance by ANY competent lift engineering company, allowing the user of the building freedom of choice when deciding on a maintenance contractor.  This policy extends to our Lift Car Emergency Communication System (Autodialler) allowing access to the hardware by any bona fide lift company chosen by the client.
